Grupo Consorcio receives the 2025 Foods of Spain Award for its work in the internationalization of Cantabrian anchovy

  • In addition to its factory in Santoña, the brand has a subsidiary in Italy and a 15,000-square-meter processing plant in Peru.

Grupo Consorcio, the Spanish company that leads the market in canned and semi-preserved anchovies and high-quality tuna, has received the 2025 Foods of Spain Award for Food Internationalization, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of the Government of Spain.

 

This recognition was awarded thanks to the company’s work in the internationalization of a flagship Spanish product, the Cantabrian anchovy.
